Earlier this week, I headed over to Miami Beach to have dinner and drinks at the most marvelous little place you would have never thought existed where it is – Lou’s Beer & Garden, on Harding Ave. (which is adjacent to Collins Ave.) and 74th Street.
The funny thing is that South Beach is from 5th Street to about 15th Street on Ocean Drive and Lou’s place would be a perfect match for Sobe but its not, its on 74th Street which is really odd considering how hip and cool it is. Anyway, the food is awesome and the atmosphere is intimate and very personal, it kind off feels like the old tv show “Cheers” where every one knows you, its one of those place. I totally recommend it, well, actually its also a small hotel, which works out great if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of South Beach but be a cab ride away.
If you’re into beers, you’ll be very happy as their international selection is amazing, I was chilling with one called “Thumper” draft and it was just exquisite.
And the chef below makes one mean and lean angus burger that’s to die for, I’ll be going back most definitely just for the food.
The whole place is kind of like “Cheer” where everyone knows your name and makes you feel very at home.
Thanks Joe, the grid on the GR is so useful.
What caught my eye was the angle you composed this guy, the strong angle of his profiled jaw and the face of the man peeping through the shoulder of your subject’s head. Creates a very interesting effect.
thanks guys !!
Nice work on the tilt !
Great range of tones. It’s nice the way the light catches the gents face.
