Man’s Best Friend

Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole.

– Roger Caras

I don’t have much to say today but I wanted to share one of my favorite images. I think its filled with imagery and really lends itself to just about anything. I love dogs, especially Jack Russell Terriers, and I look forward to owning some again(that’s another story).

Cheers everyone and thanks for your love, we’re all in this together. Is it just me or does this image have a Leica glow to it?

[http://www.flickr.com/photos/jbrown1993] Glad you like it, I think I’m on board with [http://www.flickr.com/photos/55915417@N08] its a mysterious image I think, "what’s beyond". Thanks guys.

Thanks you all, check out the new crop, any thoughts as suggested by [http://www.flickr.com/photos/jbrown1993]

  3. Hmmm, I’m probably not one to ask ’cause I’ve never been lucky enough to shoot with Leica glass, Jorge. But the image does have a glow to it. As a fellow dog-lover (doxies at present), I can really appreciate the sentiment. Wanna try something? Can you crop or clone out the feet in the background, just leave the dog & the glow (& leave the leash ’cause that connects the idea of dog to people)? I think that would bring it up several levels esthetically. But even if not, it’s a first-class image, my friend;-)
