I love him dearly, more than he can ever imagine, but sometimes its tough to open up in such a way. You see, my father is a man of few words, stern, old school in child rearing, but with a soft heart deep down below. Today, he’s recovering slowly from his recent brain surgery and I’m just glad I have to the opportunity to tell him in life how much he really means to me. I just need to find the courage and perhaps the right words because its not something he’s use to hearing but I will follow through on this sentiment∗
